Public bug reported:
finger-ldap uses the nss-ldap package config files (generally found at /etc/libnss-ldap.conf). In Ubuntu Hardy (8.04), the config file for nss-ldap was changed to /etc/ldap.conf, making finger-ldap to fail to read. A simple symbolic link solve the problem. ** Affects: finger-ldap (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Ubuntu Hardy finger-ldap is looking for /etc/libnss-ldap.conf instead /etc/ldap.conf https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/338404 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
