I did run rhythmbox --debug , but found nothing in the terminal output that I can understand to be relevant for this bug...
...and, shame on me, I just don't know where to find the debug log file or to redirect the terminal outputl to a file... I've googled for this, but didn't find anything useful. If someone can tell me how to create/locate the debug log file, I'll try it again and come back with the log file...
