Yes. Thanks for the policy file. Yet while the hal policy enables
trackpoint scrolling after startup, it still does not work after
standby-resume. This is the most annoying unsolved problem in my ubuntu
experience. As a workaround I can unload and reload the psmouse module,
which is a little unsatisfactory, especially if people are around to
notice that "You need to type cryptic commands in the console to make
Linux work".
