Same problem with edgy, saa7134 as TV-card driver and tvtime as application; The video-devices are available though in /dev;
modprobe -r saa5134_alsa modprobe -r saa5134 modprobe saa5134 modprobe saa5134_alsa fixes the problem but maybe the driver should be reloaded automatically or *fixed* so it resumes ok after hibernation.
