Actually, I'm guessing it is more likely a qt 4.5 issue -- that was the only significant update as far as I can see.
And I'm also seeing this occasionally in Okular. Note that this bug is hard to reproduce - sometimes it happens, and sometimes it doesn't. The most consistent I've found is BibleTime -- often it will very quickly stop updating when I'm scrolling a window. I haven't been able to get Konqueror to do it again.
