i tried with linux-source-2.6.20 version : 2.6.20-2.2 and the last patch "toshiba_acpi-dev_toshiba_test5-linux_2.6.17.patch " found at http://memebeam.org/free-software/toshiba_acpi/toshiba_acpi-dev_toshiba_test5-linux_2.6.17.patch
