Thank you for taking the time to find out if this is still an issue. Yes, I am still experiencing this issue with all settings in the "/sys/devices/platform/sony-laptop/..." file.
Each time I power on my laptop, bluetooth, wireless wan, and cd rom power are enabled irregardless of the values contained in the file. I have worked around this issue with a script that I use to set the values. I am currently running the most recent Ubuntu release (8.10) with all updates as of this date. Kernel 2.6.27-12-generic. -Brandon On Sat, Feb 21, 2009 at 10:24 PM, Dan Trevino <dantrev...@gmail.com> wrote: > Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make > Ubuntu better.
