The problem occurs with the following packages from Hardy: emacs22-gtk 22.1-0ubuntu10.1 idutch 1:1.00-1 ispell 3.1.20.0-4.4 I do not like to switch to Intrepid, because I had a bad experience with the previous upgrade. Maybe the best idea is, to only upgrade the three abovementioned packages. > Do you still experience this problem? If so, does it occur with every > text file? If not, could you provide a file that causes this problem? The problem occurs with every file, or even with the empty *scratch* buffer. > ** Changed in: emacs22 (Ubuntu) > Status: New => Incomplete > > -- > Emacs flyspell for Dutch crashes > https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/300093 > You received this bug notification because you are a direct > subscriber of the bug. > [UTF-8?]> Status in âemacs22â source package in Ubuntu: Incomplete > > Bug description: > Binary package hint: emacs22 > > flyspell for dutch "nederlands" crashes with message: > Error in post-command-hook: (invalid-regexp Range striding over > charsets) > > The error occurs using > emacs22 (22.1-0ubuntu10.1) > ispell 3.1.20.0-4.4 > idutch 1:1.00-1 > in Hardy > > ProblemType: Bug > Architecture: i386 > Date: Wed Nov 19 21:59:27 2008 > DistroRelease: Ubuntu 8.04 > ExecutablePath: /usr/bin/yelp > NonfreeKernelModules: ath_hal > Package: yelp 2.22.1-0ubuntu2.8.04.3 > PackageArchitecture: i386 > ProcEnviron: > PATH=/home/username/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/games > LANG=nl_NL.UTF-8 > SHELL=/bin/bash > SourcePackage: yelp > Uname: Linux 2.6.24-21-generic i686 Thanks, Paul Huygen ----- Scanned for virus and spam -- Emacs flyspell for Dutch crashes https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/300093 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
