Thank you for maintaining Ubuntu packages and for responding to my
problem.

I have intrepid on another computer and there the problem does not occur. The
problem occurs with the following packages from Hardy:

emacs22-gtk 22.1-0ubuntu10.1
idutch 1:1.00-1
ispell 3.1.20.0-4.4

I do not like to switch to Intrepid, because I had a bad experience with the
previous upgrade. Maybe the best idea is, to only upgrade the three
abovementioned packages.

The problem occurs with every file, or even with the empty *scratch*
buffer.
