Well to become complete you will probably end up filing another bug when it happens again (if it even does). The package itself is obviously not buggy as millions of people have installed it without problems, in every case I have seen OOo fail to install it was either due to bad hardware, a corrupted download, lack of disk space to install the update, or in a few rare cases other programs like fontconfig failing to run properly during the install process (probably due to one of the above though). However, feel free to include more information when you find it out and I will let you know which of the above four your bug belongs to.
