That wiki page is a plan that has never been implemented. We will not be
including reiser4 support in Ubuntu until support for it is available in
the mainline Linux kernel; given that the primary author of reiser4 has
been imprisoned for murder, it is rather unlikely that this will happen
in the near future. I suggest selecting a different filesystem.
