We are indeed only carrying one of the three upstream commits (for completeness):
cce7ade803699463ecc62a065ca522004f7ccb3d 6bc912b71b6f33b041cfde93ca3f019cbaa852bc e17036dac189dd034c092a91df56aa740db7146d We picked up the third of these via the v2.6.28.2 stable updates. I had a chat with the patch originator and they are really recommended as a trio, so I have pulled the other two commits into our tree and built some test kernels based on the latest Jaunty kernel. If those who are affected by this issue could test these kernels and report back here that would be helpful. Kernels can be found at the URL below: http://people.ubuntu.com/~apw/lp276476-jaunty/ ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => Medium Status: In Progress => Incomplete -- INFO: task blocked for more than 120 seconds causes system freeze https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/276476 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
