We are indeed only carrying one of the three upstream commits (for
completeness):

We picked up the third of these via the v2.6.28.2 stable updates.  I had
a chat with the patch originator and they are really recommended as a
trio, so I have pulled the other two commits into our tree and built
some test kernels based on the latest Jaunty kernel.  If those who are
affected by this issue could test these kernels and report back here
that would be helpful.  Kernels can be found at the URL below:
