hmm... seems to be true. I just disabled one core started udev and 
enabled core again. It's working.


  echo 0 >  /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu1/online
  /etc/init.d/udev start
  echo 1 >  /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu1/online
