And another thing, I remembered, could help. ACPI (I mean battery status and some tempeature sensors). After system start, it works fine, but after a while (say 10 minutes?), it just stop working, sensors are showing 146 degrees of C, battery = 0% - not present, etc. I tried to suspend just after system booted up, to be sure, that ACPI is working so far, but still fails. And no, unfortunately, I can not see any messages, when ACPI stops working :-(
