the problem was the UDMA4 my BIOS detect dvd device like UDMA2, but the output #hdparm -i /dev/scd0 was UDMA4 also i had add during the GRUB at the 2° line "kernel...." all_generic_ide=1 and the hdpaem output is change in UDMA2 and it works wery well!!
