I had opened also 3 txt files. Try doing this: Open 3 txt files, 2 html and 1 css file.
Then close Quanta. Launch Quanta again and then close it. Quanta should crash on exit then. By the way I can't reproduce the error (which happened each time I closed Quanta) since I removed those 3 txt files.
