Public bug reported:
If you click on Text editor and select file open, it appears in a pop up
box, small and all squashed up in a box. That you cannot read any of the
files in there till you maximise them.
The same things happens if you are downloading from the internet when
you click file save as it pops up a smaller than normal box again you
cannot view any of the items in the pop up till you maximise it.
This is happing on release 8.10
