Nop. definitely exists in Interpid, since this baby's got that problem. I'm pretty sure it has to do with not having certain core gnome app or some background GNOME daemon that helps it out. because ALL my gnome setting programs (time and network etc) all have this issue none for any others. best of luck. and thought'd id report.
