Unless you can figure out how you got to that situation, i. e. finding
how to reproduce it, there's little I can do. I have never heard this so
far, and I'm fairly certain that this doesn't happen automatically.
If you encounter it again, can you please capture the log files
immediately, and report back here? Thanks!
