Thanks for reporting this issue.  It sort of looks like X is getting
confused by the existence of two primary devices.
Would you please test against current Jaunty (Alpha-4 plus updates, or
wait for Alpha-5 in a couple days; download ISOs from
http://cdimages.ubuntu.com/releases/jaunty) and post a new Xorg.0.log
from that test?
