* Removed pod2man call from debian/rules, manpage included upstream.
* Removed 10_usage--auto.dpatch, applied upstream.
* Removed 20_scripts_bashisms.dpatch, applied upstream.
* Added 10_convert-common-script.dpatch by mettle to fix conversion of
audio files. (LP: #309320)
