Hi Tom, Care to test the latest pre-release of Jaunty 9.04 (currently Alpha4) - http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/jaunty/ . It contains an updated 2.6.28 based kernel. It would be good to know if this issue remains. You should be able to test suspend via a LiveCD. If the issue remains, per the kernel team's bug policy, can you please attach the following information. Please be sure to attach each file as a separate attachment.
