Public bug reported: Binary package hint: deluge
Deluge is no longer compatible with Python 2.4 and syntax errors are thrown during the installation. Judging from the errors it seems pretty easy to restore 2.4 compatibility. I'm sure this belongs upstream but I haven't sorted out the Debian preferred means of specifying Python versions. I've attached a debdiff that specifies Python >= 2.5 in the control file and works. However, it is probably incomplete. ** Affects: deluge (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Only compatible with Python >= 2.5 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/329836 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
