The same is true for file uploading. In other gnome apps, e.g. gedit, I can see the network drives. 4) What happened instead I only see local drives. + + Update - I am guessing this is something (all) to do with gnome-vfs in + that firefox does not talk to gnome-vfs whereas gedit does.
