KDE-look content that is undownloadable is mostly themes that are either:
-Packaged in an unrecognized/standard format
or
-Hosted on an external site which can't be downloaded from (rapidshare,
megaupload, sendspace, etc)
Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about content moderation on
KDE-Look.
