This bug seems to be fixed by the xserver-xorg-video-intel 2:2.6.1-1ubuntu2 update. After upgrading my system today I can't reproduce this bug. The only problem is fullscreen mode with Professor Fizzwizzle (and this seems to be a KWin desktop effect problem).
