Public bug reported:

Using Kubuntu 8.10 amd64, new install fully updated.

The flash plugin loads in Konqueror (configure conqueror, plugins, scan
for plugins). After attempting to load a site with flash the plugin
loads, and I can right click on it to get the flash context-menu, but
nothing else displays. I am left with just a black window.

I have attempted to remove the nspluginwrapper and flashplugin-nonfree
packages and install the native 64 bit plugin from Adobe, but the same
thing happens.
