Public bug reported:
Could not get abiword's equation editor to work in Hardy (Ubuntu 8.04),
so upgraded to Intrepid (Ubuntu 8.10)
Installed abiword 2.6.4-4ubuntu4 and abiword-plugin-mathview using
package manager.
Fire up abiword, expect to see "equations" under "insert" menu - but
"equation" is not there !!
