Public bug reported:

Hi,
Artha is a handy open thesaurus based on WordNet, and is an advanced
replacement for WordWeb (available only for Windows). It works off-line, sits
on the system tray. When the user selects some text in a window and press the
set hot key, Artha can pop-up with the definition and list of relative words or
can passively show a notification of the selected term's most important
definition.

It also has 2 modes of operation, simple / detailed. Former is provided
by WordWeb, while Detailed mode is unique to Artha. When opted, the
detailed mode shows extensive trees of a word's relatives and its sub-
relatives, etc.

The project is hosted here: http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/artha
(Debian packages are also available there)

Thanks
