0-553-56273-8 works for me with the isbndb.com data source with Tellico 1.3.4. I don't think there have been any changes in that section of the code since 1.3.2.1, so I'm not sure why it's not working for you.
The grs-1 line is only applicable for z39.50 sources, which Library of Congress is, though.
