Public bug reported: Binary package hint: nautilus
Ubuntu 8.10 When mounting a device for the first time, Ubuntu gives you the option of automatically opening the device in a program. For example, you can set banshee to run whenever the IPOD device is mounted. Changing this setting is in an unintuitive place (in nautilus, you need to click on edit->preferences->media). This should be accessible from the system menu. A suggestion would be in the GNOME top panel, under "system->preferences->preferred applications". ** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Changing the default application that opens when a device is mounted is unintuitive https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/323045 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
