This is nothing specific o the inputattach package. Try doing an apt-get
source on any package and you'll get the same result. The source
packages are signed using the individual keys from whoever uploaded
them.

Of course, one might argue that having trusted signatures also on the
source packages is a good thing. In any case is that more of a
(separate) feature request then a bug report against a specific package.
