Public bug reported:

I have searched up many forums, but i couldn't eventually get
GIGABYTE PTV-TAF-RH card fully working. I'm interested in analog TV and radio
for now. The sound doesn't play in neither Tvtime nor mplayer.

My configuration:
Ubuntu 8.10 x86_64.
