I experienced this problem also, when attempting to encode a movie using H.264 in an mp4 container (if I recall correctly). It should be reproducible with this configuration. It appears to be a buffer overrun bug in MP4Box, which is picked up by apparmor I think. It might not cause a crash when not running arrarmor. I tried the latest MP4Box but the problem persists.
