Missed some information.

License: non-standard (BSD-like, see below)

Notes: The standard source distribution includes some non-free
components, but these are easily stripped out by doing "./configure
--disable-X", then "make dist".

The package includes an executable (cvc3), library (libcvc3), and JNI
bindings for the library, each of which could be packaged separately for
Ubuntu.

I plan to make the package from CVS, which I have access to, but which
is not public.
