** Description changed: I have upgraded to Kubuntu8.10 some weeks ago, and recently I have encountered a weird phenomena: If two KDE4 users are logged in on two different virtual terminals (e.g. Ctrl+Alt+F7 & Ctrl+Alt+F8) and then one of the users plug in a usb storage device (digital camera / mobile HD), the KDE4 session of the 2nd user crashes. After the crash, X will start again on the other virtual console and KDM will provide the option to login. I'll attache to the bug report the files: ~crashuser/.xsession-errors & /var/log/Xorg.1.log.old - Noam + [lspci] + 00:00.0 RAM memory [0500]: nVidia Corporation C51 Host Bridge [10de:02f1] (rev a2) + Subsystem: Giga-byte Technology Device [1458:5000] + 00:05.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: nVidia Corporation C51G [GeForce 6100] [10de:0242] (rev a2) + Subsystem: Giga-byte Technology Device [1458:d000]
