This happens when you copy the directory called Products from PLONE under Zope /Products folder. (zope Product folder is empty by default I think)? the problem subdirectory is called ExternalEditor and the problem file is manage_main.dtml
If you take that whole ExternalEditor folder from /zope/Products/ and move it some place else the error goes away (but the plone doesnt work right either) .
