Create a print queue identical to your existing one, but printing into a file: cupsctl FileDevice=yes lpadmin -p test -E -v /tmp/printout -P /etc/cups/ppd/<name of your print queue>.ppd Print combined.pdf into this queue. Attach /tmp/printout to this bug report (you must "sudo chown" it to you to be able to open and copy it).
