Public bug reported:

Gnome-power-manager says that I have 0% battery left, and it's probably
depending on HAL readings, which say 0% too, but ACPI says something
completely different:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ cat /proc/acpi/battery/CMB0/state
present: yes
capacity state: ok
charging state: charged
present rate: 0 mW
remaining capacity: 2700 mWh
present voltage: 16614 mV

That's a full charge. Now, gnome-power-manager _should_ be able to take
those readings and decide on a percentage and remaining time right?

I'm running a Compaq Presario 1720US laptop, with ACPI working I think.
