The appropriate package is now known as pidgin-plugin-pack in intrepid. As groupmsg plugin is disabled by default in the normal builds for this package, this functionality still does not exist in pidgin packaged for Ubuntu.
See http://tech.mikelopez.info/2008/12/24/how-to-install-group-message- plugin-for-pidgin-in-ubuntu/ I still think there is a case for corporate users to have the option to install a separate plugin pack for pidgin rather than having to use a nonstandard application such as gaijim. -- groupmsg plugin not available https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/181674 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
