Which icon are you referring to (I use Ubuntu, rather than Kubuntu).

Can you confirm that the Bluetooth LED is turning on & off in response
to the FN+F11 keypress?

When you press FN+F11, the MSI Wind will cycle through 4 combinations (I
can't recall the precise order of these combinations):

WIFI + Bluetooth ON
WIFI ON, Bluetooth OFF
WIFI OFF, Bluetooth ON
WIFI OFF, Bluetooth OFF

There are 8 LEDs at the front of the MSI Wind's keyboard area. The first
of these (a Blue LED) is marked with a Bluetooth logo and the second is
the wifi LED.

Can you confirm that the LEDs are turning on/off in the various
combinations as you keep pressing FN+F11? This will help us determine if
you have an underlying hardware/driver problem or if the problem is
perhaps at the KDE level.
