Since my last post, I updated the performance settings and have not had the bug triggered since. I have also noticed a very significant 2d performance boost, which I have been very happy with. I can even run opengl games in windowed mode and the bug is no long triggered. This used to trigger the bug every single time. opengl apps in full screen still seem to have an issue, but the pretty much always have with xinerama. I've always just ran a secondary x server on one screen to run opengl apps.
If anyone would like any info or logs or anything from my machine... let me know... Travis -- X.org will stop responding to mouse clicks on Ibex with Xinerama.
