WORKAROUND: 1) Create a menu item using System>Main Menu. I put this under "Other"
2) Type: Application; Name: USB Refresh; Command: lsusb; Comment: Refreshes the USB Ports 3) Use the following icon (see attached) 4) Got to Applications>Other>USB Refresh.
