I try to subscribe in Launchpad to Ubuntu bugs for all my packages as a matter of course, so attachments here are normally fine. (Although if you don't get a reply from me here, a Debian bug is of course the most reliable way of contacting me about a package.) The only question I had, and this is just another iteration of the typical "how do maintainer scripts get called in errors?" question, is that the prerm is limited to only the remove case. Wouldn't you also want to remove the pam-krb5 configuration on deconfigure as well?
