Binary package hint: file-roller

Steps:

    Gnome desktop, ALT+F2
    write file-roller
    Push New
    Select a place for a 7z file and a name that ends with '.7z'
    Go to Edit/Password
    choose a password
    Push "Add folder"
    Select a directory 
    Wait a moment and close file-roller

    open the created file with nautilus, gnome-open, or command line 
    CTRL+E
    Imagine that you don't know the file has been created with password 
    choose a place to extract the file and press Extract
    file-roller will try to extract the file and then give an error dialog OR 
will be "thinking" too much time (right bar working)

    File-roller should show a dialog asking for the password


More info:
* the file can be extracted with "7z x filename.7z", then putting the password
