Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus

Create a directory. In that directory, create a file of the same name.
Copy or cut the file and paste into the parent directory. A dialog box
saying "A folder named (name) already exists. Do you want to replace
it?" Click "replace" and both the folder and the directory are deleted.

Nautilus should probably either refuse to copy the file or display a
clearer warning and then replace the folder with the directory.

** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
