Hi Calbocano, if you can get it I can really recommend my multi-function Canon Pixma MP610. The Linux drivers are not perfect, but for printing they work great. It's scans well & copies great. And if you want to print pictures you can do that directly from SD cards. That's how I fixed my problem for now.
