 -These are all gnome utils (can be found in the gnome-system-tools package). 
They use non-freedesktop.org specified icons, so they shouldn't expect KDE to 
have the icons. These apps need to install their icons to 
/usr/share/icons/hicolor (the defautl fd.o fallback theme) since they are non 
standard. 

These are all gnome utilities... not sure which packages they come from.
* System > ScreenSavers >
   -In regards to the screensaver entries, all of the .desktop files that are 
used to populate that submenu set their icon as the non-existent "kscreensaver" 
icon. This is possibly due to KDE's move toward the freedesktop.org icon-theme 
specification. I would file a report under rss-glx to have the icons changed to 
something like the preferences-desktop-screensaver icon.

These all should be reported as separate bugs for the sake of
trackability. Thank you for taking the time to report them, though.
