hi,

on my system (8.10 desktop) i installed a x2go and this server opens
every 5 secons a new session (as my posting above shows). and as the
pam_ck_connector is installed to (/etc/pam.d/common-session), this
session is registered with the consolekit-daemon --> every 5 seconds a
new session is registered with consolekit-daemon. i don't know if this
session is deregistered. i only see, that if i disable this "session
inflation", consolekit-daemon also is ok.

perhaps some of you have another daemon running which also opens a lot
of sessions in the background. so don't look if you have a x2go, look
for something which creates very much sessions. this was my "main
problem".

perhaps it helps to disable pam_ck_connector? i don't know if this is
needed ...

only my 2 cents ...
