Another device for the list: Sony Ericsson K850i mobile phone. It used
to work for some time with Ubuntu 8.04 but I don't remember at which
kernel update. Upgrading to 8.10 didn't work, obviously. Editing 60
-persistent-storage.rules and replacing 40-permissions.rules doesn't
seem to work either:

Hopefully a solution will turn up soon, it's pretty annoying not to be
