Hi, thanks for your interest in reporting bugs! Bear with me through
some preliminary checks that might seem dumb - even the best of us
overlook the little things sometimes. :)
1. Are your speakers on, turned up, and plugged into the right spot on
your computer? If you're using headphones, are those in the headphone
jack and not the microphone jack?
2. Can you check to make sure your sound outputs are up and unmuted?
You can do this by double-clicking the speaker icon in the top right of
your screen. You want to be sure that "Master" is up and doesn't have a
red "X" on its speaker icon down at the bottom. Also, make sure "PCM"
is up and unmuted if you can see that as well.
